- The ceilings in the living room on the second floor are high, and there is a fully equipped kitchen with a counter-style kitchen, so you can use it spaciously

- The living room on the second floor is equipped with floor heating
- Each room is also equipped with an air purifier
- Solar power and storage batteries are installed, so clean renewable energy power can be used and power can be supplied even during power outages
