Our cozy, newly built (2020) attic vacation apartment, featuring a rustic-modern style and 75 m² of living space, is located on the 2nd floor and can accommodate 1–4 people. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, electric kettle, and coffee maker, has everything you could need. The vacation apartment has a total of 2 bedrooms, one of which is located outside the apartment and accessible via three steps; it is not suitable for small children. The living area features a cozy dining set, a 55-inch TV, and an electric tiled stove. The balcony invites you to relax and offers an unobstructed view of the entire mountain landscape. The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower and a toilet. Bed linens, towels, free Wi-Fi, parking, and final cleaning are included in the price.

Vacation apartments:
Dogs are allowed in apartments 1 Soiern and 5 Finzbach, provided they are registered in advance. The apartments are approximately 75 square meters and 100 square meters in size, respectively, and are designed to accommodate up to six people. Each apartment features two bedrooms and a living room with a sleeper sofa. They also have a fully equipped kitchen with high-quality kitchenware and all the necessary appliances for self-catering.

On-site costs: A prepayment of 20% of the total price may be charged at any time after booking.Payment is due on-site in cash or in advance via bank transfer. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is due by 10:00 AM. Alternative check-in and check-out times are possible upon request.Keys will be handed over in person on site. Pets are not allowed. Pets are permitted only in Vacation Apartment 1 upon request (for a fee of €12.00 per pet per night). A crib or extra bed is available upon request. A tourist tax of €3.00 per person per night (ages 16 and older) will be charged separately on-site. Children under the age of 16 pay €1.90 per night. Bed linens, towels, final cleaning, parking, and Wi-Fi are provided free of charge.



Check-in is from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m., and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
