Everything was prepped for immediate use and exceeded expectations. The host checked in periodically and was quick to respond to questions and was very friendly and helpful!

We enjoyed our visit. Severe weather hit the area during our stay and we felt cozy and safe in the cottage. We appreciated the space and all the comforts of home. We communicated with the owners due to some Internet issues (a result of the storms and not the owners fault in any way) and the response was quick and kind. Good stay!

We had a great stay. Brian was very responsive to several questions I had during the stay. The house was very clean and comfortable. It is very quiet out at The Settlement this time of the year and we loved it. Definitely would stay again.
