Rien. Tout était parfait

Newly built beautiful property in a peaceful neighborhood with 2 mins walk to the beach. Departmental store and lots of restaurant nearby. Car park is available.
Lots of major issues in the apartment:
- No hot water available for all 4 days
- one of the bathroom smells like sewage
- 2 rooms do not have light. Had make do with mobile lights and a small lamp
- building lift does not work and apartment is on the 2nd floor
- jet spray is broken
- Bathroom get fully wet as there is no Curtain to separate the bathing area and dry area.
Owner is aware of all such issues and he acknowledged it.
