En general, la ubicación es magnifica la estancia tiene bastantes cosas para cubrir todo lo que puedas necesitar, es comoda, bonita , completa. Y estaba muy limpia, En ese sentido todo perfecto.

Lo único que no me gustó nada es que se anuncia como establecimiento con plaza de garage y no es cierto. Hay parkings privados de pago pero no son del establecimiento, ya puestos a atribuirse lo que no tiene podría decir también que el establecimiento cuenta con piscina olimpica, pistas de tenis y 20 salas de cine, campo de futbol, y biblioteca pública, claro la ciudad tendrá eso, pero no es del establecimiento. Cuando lo comenté a la propiedad parece que le resultó gracioso, será porque a lo mejor nadie se lo ha hecho notar, y no parece que tuviera intención de corregirlo, en fin que aparcas en la calle si puedes o pagas a otro propietario por lo que el establecimiento dice tener y no tiene.

An einem Tag hing leider die Website mit der man die Türen öffnet. Nach schneller Kommunikation hat dieser sofort versucht, das Problem zu beheben. Kam sogar innerhalb von 30 Min selbst zur Wohnung. Danach hatten wir keine Probleme mehr!

The no key situation. You have to unlock both doors via an app which is fine until your phone battery is low or runs out. I feel older people may struggle with this.

The property was smart modern and clean. Very comfortable bed. Wonderful central location

We were not informed that entry was via a smart phone app which did not work on my iPhone and we were appalled to find ourselves on arrival outside the building unable to enter after a long journey. The host was dismissive but let us in. We were afraid to go out for food in case could not re enter so ended up going nearly 24 hours without eating. I am quite technically able but could not get it to work every time in 4G and frequently had to call host or his wife to let us in remotely. If I had known this system was in place at time of booking I would have reconsidered but was only informed day before departure. Also note that a really up to date smart phone is required to access the WiFi as it has a 20 digit code and my iPhone will only take 16 digits. Possibly the Hoomvp app may have worked better if I could have connected to the WiFi. The entry difficulty meant we were not able to relax and pop in and out as we did not have confidence that we could return. Such a shame.
