- The location is super convenient - 5 min walk from Hongik University metro station, right in the centre of Hongdae!
- The property was very clean and spacious for the amount of people it can accommodate.
- We had AC in every bedroom and in the dining room + summer kitchen on the rooftop which was very nice, as the weather was quite hot when we went.
We have nothing negative to say about the property. As guests you just have to make sure to separate the trash accordingly, and I suppose it can be a bit “annoying” if you are not used to it, but those are the norms.

Close to subway station . Provide pocket WiFi and cold and hot water.
U canot complain anything although it may be better with adding storage room in each room because the host provides a lot of stuff, esp. pocket WiFi.

Location was 10/10 perfect. Easy to walk to hongdae and to get to the train station to access other parts of Seoul.
This house can probably only comfortably fit 6 individuals. There are enough beds for 9 individuals but it is very very cramped. The staris to the rooftop is very dangerous. The flooring of the house is hazardous alongside with the staircase in the house. The house felt unfinished.
