Now if I were to rate this hotel based on the room it’s up there with 5 stars, the room itself is lovely, it’s spacious, clean, good bed, a sweet little balcony, it’s everything the pictures show you it will be and very comfortable. It’s right in old town, great restaurants everywhere and easy to get around. We had a seperate bathroom which was fine because we knew that when we booked it and the bathroom was only ours and very clean.. I would have to say the pictures on booking.com of what the breakfast looks like, it doesn’t look like that, there’s a few pastries, often no milk and sometimes the pastries were from the day before. It was not stocked like the pictures show.. The check in process was dreadful, at no time was I told I’d receive a message with an attached portal that had to be filled out prior, when it was sent I was in transit and had no wifi, I had contacted the hotel 3 days prior about leaving my luggage to wait till check-in and received a message back two hours before check-in on the day of check-in to say we could go in early after online check in was filled out, why couldn’t this have been replied to 3 days prior when I asked the question so I knew I had to fill out this portal, then I wouldn’t have been sitting on the steps of the hotel with no way in not knowing what I was supposed to do.. I called the numbers, no answer, I sent messages, no reply, people are travelling they don’t always have access to Internet, let them know prior this portal is coming, send the information days prior, you don’t have to give us access to the room then but atleast let us know this is your process, so we know to look out for it.. this should really be told on the website, that no one will be there that it is an online check in.. it was a very frustrating experience.. sitting on steps outside with our passports out to fill out personal information and then wait 45 mins with no information while we waited for hotel verification, was a very upsetting experience.

Check in process dreadful, our external bathroom was like a sauna, no ventilation and a terrible exhaust fan.

We’re not able to contact number given for at least one and half hours. We had to find our own parking with great difficulty. They eventually contacted us but it way too late. We would not recommend them
