Christel Lorenz Vacation Rental:

The vacation rental is located on the 1st floor and offers 60 square meters of space for up to 4 people. The open-concept living and dining area features a kitchenette, a dining area, and a sleeper sofa with satellite TV. The kitchenette is fully equipped with an oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, bread maker, toaster, egg cooker, and dishes. The naturally lit bathroom features a shower, sink, and toilet. The separate bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, and a seating area. The third and fourth guests can sleep on the pull-out sofa bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) in the living area. Bed linens and towels are provided free of charge. You can also use Wi-Fi free of charge during your stay. You can use the outdoor seating area in front of the house or the patio behind the house; neither is directly connected to the vacation rental.



On-site fees: A prepayment of 20% of the total price may be charged at any time after booking.Payment is due in cash upon arrival. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Keys will be handed over in person on site. Pets are not allowed. Information on included services: Bed linens, towels, Wi-Fi, and parking are provided free of charge.
