""Panorama" Vacation Rental for up to 5 people:

Exclusive, lovingly furnished Panorama**** duplex vacation rental (approx. 95 square meters), located directly on the Red Wine Hiking Trail below the Landskrone. Spanning two levels.
The vacation rental accommodates 1–5 people (up to 3 people for business travelers) and can be combined with the “Harmonie” vacation rental on the first floor to accommodate an additional 1–4 people (up to 2 people for business travelers).
The apartment is spread over two levels, featuring 2 separate bedrooms; the open loft area includes a sleeper sofa and a desk serving as a workspace, WorkSpace, etc.
The apartment is flooded with light thanks to the large gable-end window front and a charming bay window with a reading nook.
It also features two balconies with breathtaking views of the vineyards and the forest.
Underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove create a cozy atmosphere.
The open-concept kitchen-living room is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, stove with a glass-ceramic cooktop, and a refrigerator-freezer; a Thermomix is also available for rent.
The comfortable bathroom features a bathtub and shower for guests’ use.
The apartment also features a satellite TV, an alarm clock, a vacuum cleaner, a hair dryer, and free, secure Wi-Fi.
A washing machine and dryer are available to our guests for a nominal fee.
The apartment is partially furnished with antiques and one-of-a-kind pieces belonging to the owner.
One pet is welcome per apartment and is charged at 15.00 euros per day.
One free parking space is available for you at the building.

On-site costs: Free, secure Wi-Fi; free parking in front of the house. Group terms: Group requests for up to 9 people. A 20% deposit is charged upon booking. The remaining balance is due in cash upon arrival. Cancellations up to 60 days before arrival are free of charge. For cancellations up to 30 days before arrival, 50% of the total price will be charged. Later cancellations will be charged at 90% of the total price. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Check-out is between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in advance to make arrangements. Keys are handed over in person on-site or via a key box. You will receive the code for the key box well in advance of your arrival. A crib or rollaway bed can be provided free of charge upon request. Pets are allowed for a fee of €15.00 per pet per night. The tourist tax of €2.50 per person per night will be charged separately on-site. Additional fees: An air conditioner can be rented for a fee of €15.00 per day. Additional fees, if desired: Washer and dryer are billed based on usage.
