The living and sleeping area is decorated in a modern country house style and features a large double bed.
There are also two fold-out beds (twin beds) for a third or fourth person.

The living room also features a cozy dining area with a corner bench.

On the beautiful, private, and furnished terrace (table with 4 chairs), in addition to peace and quiet, fresh mountain air, and beautiful mountain views, a comfortable lounge chair that invites you to sunbathe and relax in the summer.

And when the sun gets too hot, the wide awning provides plenty of shade...

The small kitchen is fully equipped and features a coffee maker, electric kettle, egg cooker, dishwasher, and refrigerator (with a freezer compartment), a stove (4-burner glass-ceramic cooktop) with an oven. Of course, there are plenty of pots, pans, dishes, and silverware available.

Your car will also be right at home in the garage parking space, saving you the trouble of scraping ice off the windows in winter,
or a sweltering car in the summer.

Location: The vacation apartments are situated in a very quiet location at Rehbergstraße 44 (a cul-de-sac), close to the Isar River and just outside the often crowded town center of Mittenwald.

Nevertheless, the town center—with its many shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and more—is easily accessible on foot (in 10–15 minutes).


The surroundings: Enjoy the view of the Kranzberg and the Wetterstein massif, the peace and quiet, and the fresh air on your vacation rental’s private terrace—simply let your mind wander, read a good book, or wind down the day with a Mittenwald beer or a glass of fine red wine...
You can start your hikes and walks right outside the front door and let your car enjoy a quiet day in the garage.

On-site costs: Our booking terms: “Standard” rate: Deposit: 10% of the total amount immediately after booking; Final payment: 30 days before arrival. In case of cancellation:From the time of booking up to 30 days before arrival: 10% of the total amount is due as a cancellation fee. From 30 days before arrival and in case of a no-show: 100% of the total amount is due as a cancellation fee. Possible additional fees: The tourist tax is free for children under 10 years of age. High season (20.12 - 31.03 and 01.05 - 31.10): €3.00 per person (ages 16 and up)/night, €1.90 per person (ages 10 and up)/night will be charged on site.Off-season (01.11 - 19.12 and 01.04 - 30.04): €2.00 per person (ages 16 and up) per night, €1.30 per person (ages 10 and up) per night will be charged additionally on site. Parking is available for a fee of €2.50 per day. The base price includes towels, bed linens, Wi-Fi, parking, etc. Pets are not allowed.



Check-in is from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m., and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
