Lovely home and a great location for hiking and for visiting Floyd. Everything was clean and as described on the listing.

Very cozy and clean home surrounded by beautiful wood lot. We loved how close to the main road it was, and the quick 5 minute drive to downtown Floyd. The view from the loft was spectacular. The queen bed we slept in on the main floor was comfy, the shower felt wonderful with the rain shower head, and the kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed sitting by the firepit on the deck and watching deer forage in the woods nearby. It was really a peaceful and serene getaway, and we definitely plan on returning.

The Blue Rock Escape is perfect for a getaway - the house was clean and cozy and the location was an ideal place from which to explore Floyd and surroundings. Pat is a super responsive host (including going above and beyond to get a lost item back to us!). We would happily return!

Tasteful, well-furnished property in good location several miles from downtown. Owners very responsive to questions. We hope to return again on a future trip.
