-All parties/events are subject to approval, charges may apply. Please inquire for more details
- Quiet hours are from 10 pm - 7 am.
- NO SMOKING anywhere on premises.
- Do not use any kind of dye in the showers, sinks.
- Pet Rules:
We are glad to host your pets too (as in dogs 🐶). Anything beyond that — lizards, ferrets, emotional support peacocks — needs a little pre-approval, just so we’re all on the same page. Regardless of how well trained the pet is, we have found pets do crazy things at unfamiliar locations. I really do not want to charge for cleaning carpets or floor rugs. It’s a pain, so please READ carefully! Thank you!
We ask for compliance in a few house rules:
🛋️ No pets on the furniture — no matter how much they side-eye ya.
🚪 No pets in the bedrooms. We just replaced carpets and are trying to keep things fresh and fur-free.
🛏️ Bring their own bedding if possible to prevent marking or nervous accidents. Trust us, they do happen! If you don’t have any, let me know — I’ve got extra pet blankets you can use.
🚿 No pet baths in the tub. That spa day is for humans only.
🚧 Please keep them on wood flooring, use the baby gates provided or close bedroom doors to ensure compliance.
🚫 No unkenneled solo pet parties — please don’t leave your pet unattended unless properly crated.
🐶 Need pet care while you`re out? We’ve got a Rover sitter on standby — just say the word.
💩 Please scoop the poop. It’s basic trail etiquette and good humaning.
There is a $40 per week per pet fee for dogs (capped at $120 per month), Any other pets will be considered on a case by case basis- please inquire. If you already paid it through your reservation, great! If not, please reach out and we can discuss the various channels depending on how you booked that we can use.
*Violations of house rules may result is a $250 fine.

We enjoyed our stay. This property is very close to campus which was nice since we were at a convention at the alumni center. The kitchen was well appointed. The downstairs toilet ran a bit which we reported. Also, the upstairs shower can run cold once in a while. It is an older house so it wasnt a big deal.

This place was just darling! It looks tiny from the outside, but once you get inside, you realize there’s plenty of space for family of four. The beds were comfy, and the kitchen had everything you could want. There was an issue with the water heater for the upstairs shower, but the host was quick to respond and I’m confident they will remedy it. They also added a barbecue and outside table and chairs during our time there, which was a nice addition to the property. If you want to be close to OSU, this is the place to be!

Great location if your going to see a beaver game or just enjoy the campus! We were able to walk everywhere, and the store across the street was super convenient!Lots of parking and great yard (just not totally fenced if your bringing a dog).
