Perfectly situated, good access to public transportation and food, the bakery right below is awesome and open until very late. The apartment has everything one needs, I didn't use most of it actually. Key management was well done and well communicated, maybe it could have been communicated a bit earlier, but it did work out well, thank you very much!
A minor improvement would be a little thingie in the shower to place shampoo / shower gel, these can be bought for mounting around an existing shower head holder. Also the cables behind the light above the mirror are a bit odd. And it was rather warm, despite the heating being set to the lowest possible option. But there was a nice fan provided.
