Very good property and very responsive and helpful host, promptly responded to all queries. Nice and clean property and nicely maintained, comfortable and good location. Couple of points- being ground floor - both positive and negative - easy access to get luggage in to accommodation, negative - straight in to the street, as soon as open the door. not a major issue, it wouldn't stop me booking again.
Another issue is limited ventilation, some measures to help circulating air better

Betten waren sehr gut!
