The lack of information regarding the stove top, and the washing machine were frustrating. We were not able to use either one and needed them both. Reaching someone and hearing back a few hours later is kind but too late. The most frustrating use of the place is their key system. (four keys plus a garage remote) Enough to say it is complicated to go in and out with a car. The most important life and safety issue though, is that this residential complex shows zero exit signs route in case of fire.
