The apartment is brand new and spacious, fully equipped, more than sufficient for travel needs. The washing machine does not have a drying function, yet clothes can mostly dry out overnight when hung up. The correct taxi pickup/drop‑off address is Nauryzbai Batyr Street, 17A. Please note there are three separate passcodes: for the compound gate, the building entrance, and the apartment door. Make sure you get all three codes from the landlady before check‑in. Visa cards issued in China may fail online payment. The landlady will arrange a time with you via WhatsApp and come with a POS terminal to charge the rent in person.

Our stay was short, but the place in a secure location, check-in was done ourselves, made easy by the constant support of landlady. She was there to assist in every manner.through message. All facilities were available including dishwasher, washing machine.l etc. One apartment had bidet others didn't. Just wished we were here for longer.

Nothing at all. Don't hesitate with the lower number of reviews. This place is really good for it's price!

Everything is comfortable and clean
