Albergo del Pozzo

Ho soggiornato all’Albergo del Pozzo perché dovevo recarmi al Policlinico di Modena. La posizione si è rivelata davvero comoda, permettendomi di raggiungere la struttura in pochi minuti. La camera era pulita, accogliente e silenziosa, perfetta per riposare dopo una giornata impegnativa. Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto ad aiutare con il sorriso. Un’ottima soluzione per chi deve soggiornare a Modena, sia per motivi di salute che per turismo. Se dovessi tornare in zona, sceglierei sicuramente questa struttura. Consigliato!

Difficultés à sortir car départ tôt dans la matinée (vers 5h du matin le portail était fermé)

The staff were kind and allowed us to staying a bit longer than checkout time due the fact we were there for a half-marathon, private bathroom was nice and size of the room was fine. Overall, basic but ok. It was clean and had no major issues. You get what you pay for :)

It is true what the reviews say about the noise, we were lucky and all the other guests were really quiet the night we stayed there, but we could nevertheless hear all the noises from our neighbours (coughing, music etc) in the morning. It wasn't a problem for us, but it is not quiet. Also, the hotel is not very central, it's a 20m walk to/from the city centre or you have to rely on busses.

Comunicazione con l'host: no avevamo la comunicazione su dove ritirare le chiavi, il numero di telefono sulla prenotazione era staccato, poi abbiamo provato al numero presente sull'insegna che ci ha dato il codice per il ritiro prima di una chiave poi x la seconda stanza
