View is stunning and the apartment is clean, comfortable, well equipped with shower supplies and laundry supplies. The host was very responsive about everything and instructions were very thorough and clear.

Great location re parking and quiet. Nice views from balcony. All you could need in the apartment. Spacious and well furnished.
The walk uphill to get to the centre of Perugia.

Nice apartment, with big balcony towards sunset, free parking in front of the house.
During my stay was very hot (34-35 degrees C), mobile air conditioners and ceiling were not suficient, but this was problem overall these summer.
