Baldwin Inn & Suites, SureStay Collection by Best Western

I was very impressed with how clean the hotel room and property was and it has all the amenities you need ..and the the over night front desk agent was very helpful..I would recommend this place to everyone.

Every staff member we encountered was very friendly. The property itself was clean but no frills. Continental breakfast was more than adequate. Would stay here again.

Was grear

Online images show the renovated rooms, but upon arrival it was clear the actual building had rough edges. We were only in town a couple of nights, so I ignored my initial gut feeling. With further inspection I saw many other flaws including: cracks, chips, and possessions leftover from previous guests. When bringing this up with the staff, they claimed they were completely booked so we couldn’t switch rooms. Not a problem. They said they could remove what we found but when I had asked if they could also (re)change the sheets, they refused. They tried to guarantee that they already were changed but after finding old food in the fridge I felt uncertain that was true. The hotel served its purpose as a place to sleep for our short visit, but definitely not the most pleasant stay I’ve had.
