Great space in downtown Steamboat...very short walk to all the town has to offer. Updated condo was nicely decorated. Looking forward to returning.

We really enjoyed our time at Howelsen Place. The fireplace and the view of Howelsen Hill were highlights! We hope to stay again.

Overall goodAC not working adequately throughout stay and despite assurances, no one came to repair.

Great stay! Comfortable accommodations, excellent location, great directions made it easy to navigate. The only reason I did not give an excellent overall rating was the air conditioning did not cool the place enough. The afternoon sun made it work overtime. Luckily it was naturally cool in the mornings. But overall the property added to a wonderful vacation. Thanks
