The condo was great! The ac stayed cool. Shower pressure was amazing. The gate opened right to the pool. "Steps to the beach" is more like 5min walk so be aware. My only complaint is the bedroom lighting was terrible. Very dim & a weird white. Other than that, our stay was beautiful.

Great unit in complex right next to the pool and a short walk to the beach! Very clean unit and would highly recommend. Perdido Key is very quiet and slower paced than pensacola beach. Great restaurants and beaches.

Great location and property! Short and easy walk to the beach and absolutely loved the private access from the unit to the pool. A little confusion with check-in time - VRBO listing said 3pm and all comms from property management said 4pm but they were very responsive and got us in at 3pm. Would love to visit again.

This condo had some issues that need to be addressed. It needs a new coffee maker, needs a stopper for the bathroom sink, tub stopper was broken, blinds on windows did not have strings so that you could raise and lower them. There was no blow dryer. The AC return vent was covered in dust and in need of cleaning. Several plugs were screwed up and recessed in the wall making them hard to depending on the cord you use. Dryer vent in need of good cleaning.
