In a beautiful, quiet period building, this charming, bright 45m² one-bedroom apartment features moldings, hardwood floors, and fireplaces. Located on the 4th floor with elevator access, it's close to metro lines 8 (2-minute walk) and 1 (7-minute walk), as well as shops and supermarkets. The apartment is fully equipped with a microwave, oven, induction hob, extractor hood, fridge/freezer, washer-dryer, flat-screen TV, free internet access, and a comfortable double bed. Cleaning, linens, and towels are included.

This a comfortable and reasonably roomy apartment in a quiet street. It's only a 10 minute walk to metro line 1 which is very handy, and the Montgallet metro is around the corner. Our host was very helpful and always available to answer any queries.

This is a great flat in a quiet building. It is very close to 2 metro lines, which is very convenient for getting around the city. The neighborhood is not touristy; there is an amazing bakery just across the street and good restaurants nearby.The bed is very comfortable, and the kitchen is well-stocked with cooking utensils and other supplies. This apartment is on the 5th floor (up 4 flights of stairs) and the elevator is quite small. The afternoon light coming in from the windows is great. The host answered my questions promptly and his restaurant recommendations were excellent. I used the washing machine and was happy with the induction cook top and oven. Overall a very good experience!
