Awesome house in a great location!! We had six adults and five kids with us, it accommodated us all so well. Spacious bedrooms and living spaces. The host, Sydney, was so attentive and a wonderful communicator! We walked to get coffee in the mornings and to get lunches. We loved this house!

This is a fantastic house. It is in a great location and is fully stocked with everything you need. The host was very responsive. I highly recommend this rental!

Sydney is a fantastic host! Very responsive & she allowed an early check-in since I was arriving earlier than my family & the place was available. 5 Stars just for that act of kindness! Victorian neighborhood was classic & safe. Great to have parking in the rear. From there, it's a short grass/flagstone path to the back stairs. Because it's not paved or lit at night, our seniors needed some help. Not really a problem, just wanted to mention it if you have seniors. The house was perfect for us, lots of space to spread out, 3.5 bathrooms. With elderly family members, it was key to have a bathroom on the 1st floor. Like most places in Columbus, one must climb stairs to get into the house and & up to the bedrooms. The front steps are a bit steep, the backsteps to the patio are easier to negotiate & have a handrail. The last step onto the 2nd floor is a bit steep & the handrail ends a couple steps early, but our seniors were able to handle it. Very clean house, cool decor. 3rd floor was a dream for the kids, self contained with beds, mini fridge, living area, & bathroom. They never had to leave! The kitchen was well stocked with dish sets, flatware, glassware, & a rice cooker! Grill and bbq-ware was great. We didn't have time for the hot tub or hanging out on the patio. Easy quick walk to High Street. Flat walk to campus for those who like to walk. Check-out was reasonably easy. We didn't want to leave. We'd come back in a heartbeat, and go to any place that Sydney hosts!

Stunning property, amazing location, and excellent hosts!! The house is walkable to Goodale Park and Short North. I could have stayed for a month!!
