Our bright and cozy vacation rental can accommodate 2 to 4 people. We live in the town of Eppelborn, in the Humes neighborhood, and our house is located in a quiet residential area (dead-end street). The apartment is on the basement level and has its own entrance. In the entryway, a small patio with patio furniture and a parasol invites you to relax. A private parking space is available for your use.
The village of Humes has about 1,800 residents and is a small, charming place.
From our house, it’s just about 1 km to the forest, where you can enjoy a lovely walk with stunning views. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the town center, where you’ll find a bakery and a post office. Additionally, a bakery makes rounds in our neighborhood, so you can easily order bread rolls for the next morning and have them delivered right to your door.
Thanks to the good highway access (about 1.5 km away), you can quickly reach all your desired destinations.

Our cozy vacation apartment is 60 square meters in size. A large living room with an integrated, fully equipped kitchen, including a breakfast bar and an additional dining area, invites you to relax. The room divider features a radio, books, and games. A TV, DVD player, and free internet access are available. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, nightstands, a small dresser, a spacious closet, and bedding; there’s also room for a travel crib. The modern bathroom features a bathtub with a shower partition, a sink, a toilet, and hand and bath towels.



On-site fees: Payment is due on-site in cash or by bank transfer.Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM or by telephone arrangement. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Keys are handed over in person on site. Pets are not allowed. A crib/extra bed can be provided free of charge upon request. Included in the base price: Final cleaning, parking in front of the house, bed linens, towels, and Wi-Fi.



Check-in is from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m., and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
