The apartment is located in the beautiful Bergisches Land region, east of Cologne. The Bergisches Land is known for its rolling hills, abundant forests, and numerous reservoirs.
The surrounding area is ideal for long walks, hikes, and bike rides, as well as a starting point for city tours.
The city center is about an 8-minute walk from the apartment. From here, you can quickly reach Cologne, Bonn, and even Gummersbach in the Oberberg region via public transportation.
To get to Cologne, take the Deutsche Bundesbahn, and in 30 minutes you’ll be right in the heart of the city, directly next to Cologne Cathedral.

The two Overath highway on-ramps on the A4 connect you to the Cologne/Bonn/Düsseldorf metropolitan region, as well as to the rural Oberbergische Kreis and the Sauerland.

Our cozy, non-smoking vacation apartment, measuring 46 m², is ideal for 2 people. The apartment has a separate entrance, and all rooms offer a wonderful view of a naturally landscaped garden, the forest, and the neighboring artist’s studio.
Guests have access to 3 terraces and a large area of the garden. The direct access to the garden creates a cozy, pleasant feeling of being in nature.
Parking is available on the property. Bicycles can be stored safely in the garage.
The fully equipped and spacious kitchen leaves little to be desired and provides plenty of room for cooking together and enjoying a cozy get-together. The bedroom sleeps two people; the bed measures 160 cm x 200 cm and is open at the foot. The bathroom features a large shower with a sliding glass door; an additional hair dryer and a magnifying mirror round out the amenities.
The apartment is tastefully decorated with original artwork from the neighboring artist’s studio.
