George Residence TLC

The hotel was conveniently located for my planned activities. The room was spacious and comfortable, while the bathroom was relatively clean and well maintained. I also appreciated the availability of Netflix and a good selection of television channels, which provided convenient entertainment during my stay.

I was disappointed with the responsiveness of the room service. It often took a long time for my calls to be answered, and I sometimes had to contact reception to get through, which was inconvenient and time-consuming. I also had to remind the hotel a couple of times about basic necessities, such as floor towels. The breakfast arrangement was another disappointment. Breakfast starts after 8:00 a.m., which was inconvenient. I also found it unusual that the hotel will have to call at 8:00 a.m. to choose from just two breakfast options. Overall, the arrangement felt poorly organised and did not accommodate guests with early schedules. Finally, I found the food relatively expensive for the quality offered.

I got a very spacious room. I intended to stay for 2 nights, I extended to 4 nights. Food is tasty and timely and good value for money. Staff are very friendly and helpful

My room was changed on the last night due to a prior booking. I didn't enjoy the same level of comfort as prior.
