The location was great for me. Walking distance from the train station & Colosseum. I did everything on foot, but there were public transport options close by.
I didn't see any staff except for the room attendant responsible for cleaning. She was wonderful, kept the place tidy & was very friendly. All the rest was managed online or via WhatsApp, the communication went smooth.
The room had everything I needed: double bed, shower & toilet, little fridge, aircon, ... .
There's a little supermarket close to the Guest house that has everything you need.
The mattress was a bit hard for my liking.
The bathroom had a few small defects, like the shower head didn't stay up. But the water was warm and the water pressure was good, so all in all no big problems.

Well i had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, i really enjoyed my stay with my husband and would happily come back again
I missed having toothpaste, and the sound of the drain in the bathroom was annoying.
