A bit difficult to find and confusing with two entrances.

The accommodation was really clean and tidy, the rooms were spacious and modern. The staff were excellent. Although accommodation was a bit further out, there was several options that easily took you to the heart of Venice

Food and drink were excellent but it was confusing at times how I would go about ordering a drink, eventually after asking we queued at the end of the bar rather than actually at the bar.

The hotel is clean and close to public transportation.

The price is far too high for this hotel. I paid €801 for a three-day stay, and there wasn’t even a small bottle of water in the room! When booking through Booking.com, breakfast was supposed to be included, which is only reasonable considering the price we paid. However, when we went to have breakfast in the morning, we were told that we had to pay an additional €15 per person. We tried to explain the situation to the reception staff, but they didn’t even listen to us. We ended up paying the extra charge. There were three of us. The breakfast was very disappointing: no vegetables, no cheese, no fruit… Overall, a very disappointing experience, especially considering the price we paid.
