The bed, the pillows, the duvet were SOoooo comfortable. The bathroom was perfect. The provision of fridge and microwave as well as tea and coffee, crockery and cutlery all useful. Extremely helpful that there was parking availability.

It was great that there was parking but the car parking area has astroturf and some grass and some block paving - may be it would be better if it was all laid out for parking?

Absolutely a 5-star stay! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’m a firm believer that if the toilet and bathroom are spotlessly clean, it says a lot about the cleanliness of the entire place—and this accommodation definitely exceeded my expectations. Everything was very clean, tidy, and well maintained. What I also loved was how quiet and peaceful the place was. It made the stay very relaxing and comfortable, and I had a really good rest. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, peaceful, and comfortable stay in Leeds. I would definitely stay here again!

There wasn’t really anything I disliked about my stay, especially considering how affordable the single room was. This is more of a small suggestion for improvement: it would be even better if the room had a mini kettle with a couple of cups, as well as a small mirror. These are only minor additions and certainly didn’t take away from my very positive experience. Overall, I was extremely happy with the cleanliness, comfort, quietness, and excellent value for money.

Always had a good experience at this place before, so I decided to try the deluxe double room with private bathroom. Every bit worth the extra money - super comfortable, everything I needed in the room like a full carton of milk in the fridge, all crockery and cutlery, microwave, good kettle, etc. etc. I'll book this room again.

I liked the location of the property, the size of the accommodation and the fact it had parking. I like the little touches - fresh milk for tea and crockery. It's well decorated and clean. It could do with somewhere to hang towels though as there weren't any hooks in the space.

The room is right by the front door and drive as it's at the front of the house. You could hear all the comings and goings of other people who were far from quiet. I found it very hard to sleep with the noise interruptions. Lots of white vans coming in and out of the drive. Shame really as the accommodation itself is excellent. Maybe I was just unlucky.
