Mixed review. Location is good for safety and quiet. The downside is it is far from everything (stores, shopping, taxi).
Owner was pretty quick to respond to messages.
Bed was comfortable. Plenty of towels, toilet paper, etc.
Hot water was good. The apartment was small but well laid out.
Not the owners fault but I plugged in the cooktop and the socket exploded and lost all power. It took a while for the guard to arrive, talk to someone and flip the main breaker in the building.
Far from shopping and convenience stores.
Rice cooker didn't work.
A/C only in bedroom, not in living room/kitchen area. Fan, but no A/C. One person slept on pullout sofa but being Filipina, she was used to it. But, for foreign families, it may be an issue.

Apartamento con muchos utensilios para cocinar, tv con Netflix, juegos de mesa,.agua caliente. Wifi gratis. Tenía gimnasio muy bien equipado (mucho más de lo que aparece en las fotos)
No tiene balcón y cuando llegamos el váter estaba sucio. El sofá cama muy incómodo, cogimos para dormir 4 personas y tuvimos que reservar otro apartamento porque en el sofá no se podía dormir.

There are many things that I love about it. The ambiance, the cleanliness, the pleasant smell when you enter the room, the convenience of the facilities and amenities.
P.S. Thank you owner for granting my request.
The only downside as a local tourist was the inconvenience of the transportation system. If you can’t drive and you don’t have the luxury to rent vehicles, you will have to book pricey grab taxi rides every time, or walk a tiring distance from the national road without a guarantee of a timely public transportation.
