The Social Hub Florence Belfiore

Convenient and fun

Nothing

A superb stay! Highly recommend

Everything was excellent

Friendly, clean, staff were amazing

It’s a little out of the way, and having to go through the basement to get to the second building felt like a poor design

Large, comfortable rooms, great rooftop terrace, nice large rooftop pool.

Management focuses on PR and appearance instead of the actual functionalities of a hotel. While everything looks cool and hip, a lot of little things don't work well: endless waiting for elevators; underground bunker tunnel connecting different parts of the building; long walkways between rooms, parking, reception, terrace; no changing rooms or toilets in the pool area; very cool staff that watches you do their job at check-in and check-out. Only for visitors with age < 20 (my kids loved it).
