Ben situat, practic, net i te de tot. La Isabella molt amable i ho ha posat tot molt fàcil . GENIAL

Tot molt bé. Potser no te ventilació al wc per dir alguna cosa . Però estava impecable i molt bona olor

The location is amazing, couldn't ask for a better position to explore Krakow. Very strong air conditioner and apartment was immaculate. I appreciate the host did work with us very positively and quickly after we had an issue that was out of their control.

We had an issue with the upstairs neighbor (most likely a short term rental) that was quite loud from midnight on to the early morning. There is nothing that our host could have done, however, after a couple of nights of this we decided to leave the apartment. The host graciously modified our stay so we didn't have to pay for the following nights. Again it is all we could have asked for, they were quick, and took action politely and kindly. It is doubtful this noise would be present to future renters, just bad timing for us. Do know if you rent here that you have very professional hosts and a nice apartment for seeing Krakow.
