If I could give more than 10, I would! We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our time in this beautiful house. Everything was exactly as described, the property was spotless and very well maintained. The house is comfortable, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The location is also great, close to the beach and the center. The hosts, Kostas and Maria, are extremely kind and welcoming. We highly recommend this place and would be very happy to stay here again in the future!

The location is definitely one of the strongest points. The house is just behind the beach, tavernas and practically everything you may need. The welcome from the owners, Costas and Maria, was exceptionally warm and excellent. The small house is located in front of the owners’ home and has a pleasant veranda with a table under a fig tree, which is a very nice place to sit and relax. The kitchen is equipped, the windows have mosquito screens, and a washing machine is also available, which was very useful for us. Although the furniture is quite old, the beds were surprisingly comfortable and we slept very well. The pillows were excellent, and there is air conditioning in the bedroom. The car park is inside the gate of the house, so it is easy to walk everywhere. Considering the price, the accommodation offers very good value for money.

The accommodation is quite dated, and the doors are low and narrow. The bathroom is particularly small, reached by a step and with a very low ceiling. The shower is extremely cramped, with no holder for the shower head and very little room to move. The washbasin is also very small, and the toilet seat was unstable. Air conditioning is available only in the bedroom, so the kitchen can become quite hot unless the bedroom door is left open. Overall, some aspects of the bathroom and kitchen could benefit from improvement, but the excellent location, comfortable beds, pleasant veranda, washing machine and very reasonable price made the stay a positive experience.

Отдельный домик, рассчитанный на трех человек. Дом и кухня оборудованы всем необходимым. Внутри очень чисто, дом красиво прибран. Было приятно в нем находится. Для приема пищи есть стол внутри домика на кухне, а также на открытом воздухе, под навесом. Хозяева - очень милая пара, угостили нас смоквой и еще греческим блюдом, очень вкусно и была трогательна такая забота. До моря одна минута пешком. Море очень чистое, пляж песчаный и песчаный вход в воду. На пляже народу очень мало, побольше - только в выходные, но это совсем не критично, не как на курортах. Есть места с мелководьем, что подойдёт для семей с маленькими детьми. В мелководье можно найти красивые ракушки. Пляж общественный, но есть зона с лежаками, кабинкой для переодевания, душем. Хозяева разрешили пользоваться своими лежаками. В деревне есть несколько таверн с национальной греческой кухней. Самый главный плюс этого места - очень мало иностранных туристов. 90% здесь отдыхают сами греки, очень понравились приготовленные блюда и цены в ресторанах. В самом Каковатосе есть только два мини маркета, там можно купить необходимый минимум продуктов, но если вы хотите приготовить мясо или рыбу, то отправляйтесь в соседний поселок - Захаро - в 8 мин езды на авто. Мы туда ездили за продуктами в супермаркеты.

Отрицательных впечатлений нет.

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία 3 λεπτά με τα πόδια από τη θάλασσα και 5 λεπτά από το κέντρο στο χωριό οπου ειχε σουβλακια, πιτσαρια, burger, καφε, ποτα, παγωτα, μινι μαρκετ. Ειχε παρκινγκ μέσα στο κατάλυμμα έξω απο το σπιτάκι. 5 χλμ απο τη Ζαχαρω με αμάξι. Ανετο για 3 ατομα. Παλιο, όπως φαινεται όμως στις φωτογραφιες. Αρκετα καλα εξοπλισμενο.

Το μπάνιο ήταν παρα πολύ χαμηλοτάβανο. Έμπαινα στη μικρή μπανιέρα κ σήκωνα το χέρι να ξεπλυθώ κ ακουμπούσε ταβάνι κ είμαι μονο 1,67 ύψος. Κάποιος πιο ψηλός θα πρέπει να κάνει μπάνιο καθιστός. Το χειρότερο όμως ήταν ότι μετά τις 7-8 το βράδυ άρχισαν και βγαίναν στην μπανιέρα μικρά κατσαριδάκια. Την πρώτη μέρα έπαθα σοκ! Και το είχαμε προπληρώσει για να πω ότι θα έψαχνα κάτι άλλο. Ήταν και 15 Αυγουστος κ ειχαν μείνει μόνο ακριβά καταλύματα. Και μόλις ρίχναμε νερό να φύγουν αυτά αρχίζαν κ χώνονταν κάτω από τα πλακάκια είτε στη βάση της μπανιέρας είτε στα πλαϊνά. Έλλειψη απολύμανσης κ θα μπορούσαν να τα κλείσουν τα κενά με σιλικόνη. Επισης στις 10 μερες δεν μας ρώτησαν να μπουν να καθαρισουν μια φορά ή να αλλάξουν σεντονια ή να πεταξουν σκουπιδια κ εγώ δεν το ζητησα κ ετσι τα καναμε ολα μονοι μας
