The beautiful setting, the spacious and modern accommodation and the cleanliness. The breakfast at Hey Joe was superb as well as the hospitality.

There wasn't much not to like but it would have been advantages to have a heated pool so that this facility can be used all year round.

We stayed for three nights. The location was very good, a short drive to the center of town. The onsite brewery was a bonus. We received two complimentary beer tasting vouchers, two of each complimentary beers and waters in the bar fridge. The Hey Joe craft beers were excellent. The Nespresso coffee machine with complimentary coffee and milk capsules was excellent and greatly appreciated. Spacious and very clean room and bathroom, with all the facilities we expected. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful. There was nothing that we did not like.

The facility is in a beautiful location. The hotel itself has a fantastic sauna, steam room, weights, and lovely pool area. I had a king room with a small suite - it was very well set up and the bathroom was well designed. The bed was great and very comfortable. I loved seeing peacocks walking in the grape vines right outside my hotel in the morning!

I think nearly everyone would love this hotel. I didn't like the in room water policy. It's fine to charge the guest for water, but water should be available at the reception (or at the hotel). The hotel couldn't provide more than a tiny plastic bottle due to hotel policy. I was told I could buy water at the restaurant on the related property but I would have to do that before the restaurant closed. I arrived late to the hotel and needed to go to an evening event, so I thought this was inconvenient and not a good gesture of hospitality. Also, I am smell sensitive - the conventional cleaning product smell was strong in the room.
