Wonderful, quiet neighborhood. Clean and comfortable. Well stocked, nice layout, private backyard.

Very nice property. Beautiful surroundings, easy access to everything.

One of the nicest houses and areas we have stayed in! This house is so cozy and has everything you need. The beds are very comfortable - we slept so soundly every night. The fenced yard was perfect for our dog. The neighborhood is warm and friendly and safe. The one bathroom worked just fine bc the bedrooms all have mirrors where hair and makeup can be done. This will be the home we rent every time we come to Dayton to visit our family member stationed at Wright Pat AFB. Host is very responsive and kind! Thank you for a lovely trip!

Hi. Just a few suggestions…the main floor is freezing cold!!! Maybe put an electric fireplace insert in to make the fireplace useable. There was so much cold air coming in through there. We had the thermostat set on 78 and we were still freezing cold. We’re from WV so we’re used to cold winters. The bathroom door needs replaced!! And the toilet needs to be bolted to the floor. There are a few soft spots on the third level under the carpet. Maybe have those replaced as well. Other than that, I think it was a nice house. Thank you for getting us more washcloths. Not sure why there were four stocked for a family of seven staying 2 nights!! But thanks again!
