The property was exactly what we expected for our short adventure to Orlando, the experience was great overall, The property owner was very informative and allowed us to check-in a day late after our flight got mixed up, although we didn't receive a refund for the first night due to the late notice. Definitely a hidden gem amongst the city, would definitely recommend! It was very unique!

The house was very nice, cozy and welcoming, if a bit dim, and in a quiet neighborhood near plenty of good restaurants and cafes. Garren was a great host and very responsive. He was able to come and replace a few light bulbs promptly when I noticed they were out, and provided some laundry detergent so I could make use of the washer/drier. Great for the price, would stay again.

Clean perfect location for what we needed

The property host was easy to get a hold of and addressed issues quickly. There wasn’t a coffee pot in the cottage when we arrived, so I alerted the host and he provided a new one that evening. When I alerted him that the A/C wasn’t working he did refund for the last two nights. He was apologetic and tried to have it fixed immediately, however he was not able to. Not for lack of effort. The only downsides were, the backyard property and yard surrounding the cottage needed to be cleaned up. Blinds need replacing and some outlets were not working, towel rack in bathroom broken, toilet not secure, floor mat in bathroom needs replacing. Place needs some TLC. Lastly parking is on a first come first serve basis. Guest will need to park out in street if someone is parked in the driveway. This can be somewhat difficult for someone who has difficulty walking any distances.
