With space for up to eight guests, a well-equipped kitchen, cozy gathering areas, beach gear, games, a dedicated workspace, and a Tesla Level 2 EV charger, Haystack Haven is designed for easy coastal living. One dog up to 50 lbs is welcome with a pet fee.

Sleeping Arrangements & Bathrooms

Top Floor — 3rd Level

• Primary Suite: Queen bed, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, dedicated workspace, and private deck with peekaboo views of Haystack Rock.
• Second Bedroom: Queen bed with hotel-quality linens and room-darkening curtains.
• Hall Bathroom: Full bathroom with a tub/shower combination, conveniently located near the second bedroom.

Middle Floor — 2nd Level

• Main Living Area: Open kitchen, dining area, living room, half bathroom, and laundry facilities.

Bottom Floor — 1st Level

• Bunk Room: Triple twin bunk bed, best suited for children and guests under 6 feet tall.
• Futon Chair/Bed: Best suited for a guest under 5 feet 5 inches tall.
• Please note: There is no bathroom on this level. Guests use the half bathroom on the main living level or the full bathroom upstairs.

Living Room
Settle into comfortable seating around the gas fireplace and smart TV. Sliding doors open to the main deck, where you can enjoy peekaboo glimpses of Haystack Rock, breathe in the fresh coastal air, and take in views of the surrounding forest. This is the heart of the home—perfect for cozy evenings, movie nights, or simply unwinding after a day of exploring.

Dining Area
The dining table seats six and provides a welcoming spot for meals, puzzles, board games, and conversation after a day of beachcombing or exploring Cape Kiwanda.

Kitchen
The fully stocked kitchen includes modern appliances, a breakfast bar with seating for four, and a coffee station with a Keurig and starter pods, a grinder, and pour-over setup. Basics like salt, pepper, and olive oil are on hand, along with a blender and baking pans for everything from morning smoothies to fresh-baked goods.

Outdoor Spaces

Two decks expand your living area. The main deck off the living room offers peekaboo views of Haystack Rock and is perfect for morning coffee, sunset watching, or simply soaking in the coastal breeze. The upper deck off the primary suite is a private retreat where you can start your day or enjoy quiet moments. Both decks overlook the peaceful, tree-lined neighborhood and offer views of the surrounding forest.

Beach & Entertainment

Beach gear is ready and waiting: comfortable beach chairs, towels, games, giant Connect 4, and Jazzminton. Everything you need for a day at the beach. The dedicated workspace in the primary suite makes it easy to stay connected if you need to work remotely, and high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home.

Your Dog is Welcome

One well-behaved dog up to 50 lbs is welcome with a pet fee. We provide dog beds, food and water bowls, towels for rinsing off after beach visits, and waste bags for walks around town. Please note: dogs may not be left unattended in the home at any time or allowed on the furniture.

Getting Here & Parking

Off-street parking and garage access make arrival and departure easy. A Tesla Level 2 EV charger is available in the garage—if your vehicle needs an adapter, please bring one. The home's quiet, residential location is tucked away from the main roads, creating a peaceful retreat while remaining just a short walk from everything Pacific City has to offer.
