There was a good view of the ocean from the top floor and a slight view from the second floor but there was not a beach view. The property was in good condition but two of the toilet seats were louse and the top of the newell posts at the stairs are in need of a good cleaning. The pots and pans need to be replaced as the coatings are severly gouged and present a health risk.Lastly the property is listed on another rental site at a lower cost as it does not include VBRO's 400plus fee.Aside from that the property worked well for us.

The property, rooms, view and nearness to the beach was perfect. The neighborhood was clean, friendly and quiet at night. We had a terrific time.
