Excellent host in every way. The home is very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully put together. We’d book here again when we come back to DC.

My family enjoyed our stay! It was very clean, well maintained, and beautifully decorated. The bed was really comfortable (the sleep number mattress was so nice) and the convertible couch was perfect for our young son. The owner thought of every detail. We especially enjoyed the nespresso coffee maker which is far better than the usual makers you find. Most of all, we felt very safe. We walked everyday to the subway, which is only 1/2 mile walk, and most days we got back after dark. The neighborhood is wonderful with nearby restaurants and grocery store. We would 100% book again with no hesitation! Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Convenient location, nicely designed,

I loved my stay at the Capitol Hill guesthouse and will def stay here again. The location was what I was looking for, the neighborhood was charming and the accommodations were superb. Very private, safe annd secure, and could come and go as suited my needs.
