Key pad needs updated a/c is quite noisy

This room was perfect for our stay in Daytona Beach. Absolutely stunning view of the ocean, beach, and pool area. It was wonderful to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view and listen to the waves. The bed was so comfortable and we slept great. Host was very quick to respond to our questions and helpful. I would love to stay here again.

Everything was great

Stayed July 26–29The condo matched the photos and description, but unfortunately, it wasn’t properly cleaned before our arrival, which was disappointing. The location is great—right on the beach with easy access, walkable to restaurants and shops, and parking was decent. Check-in communication was smooth and helpful. There are a few comfort issues to note. As mentioned in other reviews, the balcony chairs are very low, which blocks the ocean view with the railing and puts you in the path of hot air from the AC unit. Taller chairs would make the balcony much more enjoyable. A basic toaster oven would also be a helpful addition for longer stays.Another issue is building construction, which started as early as 6 AM on Monday. While this isn’t the owner’s fault, it’s worth knowing it’s been ongoing for some time and does affect sleep and relaxation.Overall, it feels like the unit was rushed to market without a few key touches that would make it more comfortable. With improvements in cleanliness and balcony seating, it could be a great spot.Pros: beachfront location, walkable area, smooth check-inCons: cleanliness, balcony comfort, no toaster oven, early construction noise
