Clean & close to my son who’s in Ridgewood. Sarah was very responsive to needs.

Trying to be fair because I don't like giving a negative review. The pros: Communication was easy, there's plenty of space for a NY spot. Location is great. Cons: The property general areas (stairway, entryway, etc...) are clearly never cleaned... dead cockroach in the entryway and floors just so gross and dirty. We arrived 30 mins before check in but the were told the cleaners were still working, however there was a towel with brown stains hanging behind a door and the floors were very dirty that it was unpleasant to walk around without shoes on. For the amount of money we spent I would have liked to have a place that more invested in. it all felt cheap and dirty for the price.
