Outside courtyard with dining set and sofa set plus onsite parking for 1 car. Opposite the beach. Shop, pub 0.1 miles. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Note: There is a height restriction to the car park of 2.35 metres. Note: Parking for one car only. Nearest additional pay and display car park is Weymouth Pavilion a few mins walk from the property. Note: External metal staircase provides additional rear entrance to property from parking area. Please note: Access to the rear of the building/parking area means guest walking past your courtyard (as shown in image 27).
