The Gîte Ty Gwenn means the white gîte, gîte for 4 people.
Very bright gîte with its large bay windows.
On the first floor:
- living room with equipped kitchen area (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave oven, mini-oven, 4 gas hobs),
- lounge area with flat screen TV
- dining room
- separate toilet

- independent enclosed private garden (hedge and fence).
Upstairs, two independent bedrooms each with its own bathroom with shower and toilet, the two bedrooms open onto a balcony with a magnificent view of the ocean and the dunes, (ideal for breakfast facing the ocean) with access only by the external staircase. The two bedrooms do not communicate with each other.
The cottage has electric heating. The shutters are either electric shutters or aluminium swing shutters. Blackout blinds for the skylights .
