Riviera Maya Mayan Palace at Vidanta 1 BR suite at a wonderful beachfront resort

I willl start by saying that Angelo is excellent communicator, gave great advice, and made everything very easy. We were happily surprised to find out when we got there that we received an upgraded room as they were working on the Mayan Palace. The sales people are relentless so my advice if you do not want to go to the meeting is don’t answer your phone. Otherwise, the food is great, the staff is kind and super helpful. The resort is beautiful and big. It is easily accessible by trails or by the resort transportation system. Highly recommend this owner and this resort!

The property and room were amazing. The resort is beautiful with numerous restaurants and bars. The check in process was easy, however you are hounded to attend a “time share” presentation. I was literally chased down and “required” to attend. 1 hour presentation that turned into a 4 hour high pressure sales pitch.

Angelo was a great host from the start! He sent me all the information I could use and made the process as smooth as possible. The resort is massive as you need a tram to get around otherwise expect walking a good amount. The good part to that is the scenery is really nice. I got lost a few times but staff is great to help you out. Several pools and restaurants to choose from. The beach is very rocky here so most people stay at the pools. I’m fine with that as each pool has a different vibe. Food quality was great. Overall it was an amazing time here.
