Pickalbatros Hôtel Du Golf - Adults Friendly 16 Years Plus- All-Inclusive

Everything about our stay was 5 stars! The staff were exceptional, friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile. A special thank you to Hiba from Guest Relations and Dora from the Entertainment Team, who truly made our stay unforgettable. If I could give them 6 stars, I absolutely would! They are a real credit to the hotel, and we can’t wait to come back.

A lovely stay and everything we needed. Bit of an unpleasant first impression with security guard deciding whether he would let us in - travelling with my 16 year old and had confirmation that he was welcome but that information apparently never reached the gate. Main Property is beautiful but there is large parts of the hotel grounds which seems to be a building site/abandoned. I see now why they offer to drive you to gym/spa/indoor pool area! It was clearly a huge resort in previous times. Our hotel room was beautiful and two large single beds and a pool view was perfect! We both slept v well. Pools were lovely but the entertainment and the music can be loud at the main pool, we preferred the quieter pool. Hadn’t appreciated how much entertainment there was and it’s not something that bothers us but everyone seem to enjoy it! Food in buffet was excellent and always something delicious to eat - we didn’t bother to eat at à la carte restaurants which are a bus ride away but didn’t hear anything too positive about them anyway. Staff were fantastic, always friendly and helpful!

The hotel was beautiful, comfortable, and had such a welcoming atmosphere thanks to the staff that made our trip feel extra special. A very special thank you to Karima for her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail. She went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, and her warm hospitality really made a difference. We felt genuinely cared for throughout our visit. We would absolutely love to come back and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful and relaxing experience.

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel, it is very beautiful and clean and the staff was really nice and helpful, the food was also very good. I can only recommend it to anyone who is coming to Marrakech :)
