Very clean house, quiet neighborhood. Lots of room for 16 people (8 adults, 8 kids). Kids loved sleeping in the guest house away from the adults and the bunk bed room in the main house. Great kitchen and grill for cooking. Convenient location - close to Target and Publix, restaurants, fishing. Had fun with all the extras - pool toys, basketball hoops, beach chairs and umbrellas, arcade and foosball, bikes. Appreciated communicating with Megan - she responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had. Our family would definitely love to vacation here again!

A very functional home for a large family gathering. The large table, kitchen and living spaces are the highlight of this property. The pool, outside fire pit and basketball court were used and enjoyed. The host was available and responsive to our needs.

Host was easy to communicate with. House was clean and comfortable

The house design was ideal for our extended family of 11. The living area was spacious and the kitchen design was open. The home offers many great spots for gathering. Truly as pictured and very welcoming.
