Staying Via Lobato has its perks and fixable shortcomings. The place is spacious and all twelve of us got our own bed. The pool and hot tub were also perks. Once we got the central air working we could relax and settle in on a very hot few days in July. We enjoyed meals and playing family games at the large farmhouse table. The communication from Everyday Luxury was great and very accommodating. They sent an Instacart order of bath rugs, wash clothes and pool toys when asked where these items were stored. The shortcomings which were mentioned to the property management upon check out are all very fixable. The bathrooms needed towel racks, having 12 people shower and no where to hang the towels was a bit annoying, but very fixable. Some of the ceiling fans needed to be fixed and the kitchen lacked basic items like cookie sheets, kitchen shears, oven mitts- which we purchased from the local dollar tree and left for the next guest. Everyday Luxury has offered to reimburse us for those items. This place has potential to be grand it just needs some TLC. It felt like no one had been there for years, hence why it needed some attention. So if you’re looking for a ton of space and to be close to some wineries this place will work.

Very helpful host and huge space but not a lot of kitchen basics (paper towels, cooking oil, cookie sheets, etc) which made it hard to cook for the group we had.

Definitely had a blast at the Property big nice spacious, peaceful, secluded in the cut Shevy was very communicative and on point what responses. Place just needs maybe little maintenance here and there but overall we had a blast. Thank you very much. We will do it again.

A large part of why we chose this property was for the hot tub. When I asked the first day how to turn it on, I was informed that it did not heat up. I asked them to see how it would be possible to heat up and they said they would get back to me. However, they did not get back to me, even after leaving a follow-up message. The upstairs guest bathroom faucets also did not have hot water. The guest bedroom downstairs had a broken window that would not close, making the room cold for our friends staying in there, and also making them feel unsafe. The road to the property was very bumpy so be careful if you have a sedan like we had, since it can hit the bottom of your car. We were told by locals that this road to the property should be maintained by the property owners so they should have this fixed. Overall, we would not stay here again if given the opportunity, making us sad that we felt that way, as we were so excited to stay here together to be in the area for a friend's wedding.
