Wonderful VRBO for 2 families to comfortably stay (we were 2 families totaling 7 adults). It is so spacious and the open layout downstairs is lovely --great, well-stocked kitchen and huge island to gather around with lots of light. The space and every detail is beautiful and well kept, you can feel the newness of the townhome! It sits in a quiet, pretty, townhome community. The owner is great, super responsive and went beyond what we would expect. compared to staying in lots of VRBOs!. They thought of everything, from beach towels and linens, to bike helmets and toiletries. We were new to vacationing in Lewes, so we didn't see how to walk to the beach from here (I'm sure there is a way to walk, we just didn't look too hard), Yet, this spot is conveniently situated for just a short ride to the beach and adorable town. We were able to ride our bikes right from the house to the Georgetown-Lewes Trail for a great bike ride. Highly recommend!

House a nice, spacious, clean and great spot to get to where we needed easily. Hosts were very responsive and helpful!

Excellent stay! The host's provide nearly everything necessary for an easy and comfortable stay; linens, supplies, beach gear, and more. Two weeks and we didnt run out of supplies; even with a nearly full house of friends and family.Thank you so much for having us!

Everything about our stay was perfect! The location was wonderful - less than an 8 minute drive to the beach, very quiet neighborhood with a safe feel perfect for children and dogs, and a quick drive to anything you may need (grocery store, drug store, restaurants, etc.). The rental was incredibly clean, modern, and had everything we needed. It was equipped with all necessary linens, kitchen equipment and dining essentials, and beach gear. We so appreciated the provided linens and cleaning supplies, along with the beach chairs and towels. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Can’t wait to return and highly recommend this property to others!
