We found the property very clean with some updates that are needed, but overall very clean. The ice maker did not work and a couple of the beach items needed to be replaced, which was made aware to the owner. However, we were told by owner that replacements/updates would be forthcoming such as lounge chairs on the lanai, a broken beach umbrella and maintenance worker would be fixing the ice maker. (All not big issues but brought to the owners attention for any future renters). The owners seem to be attentive to these minor issues.

This property was wonderful. Everything about it was top of the line. It has been completely updated and all the furnishing are new and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you will need (air fryer, toaster oven, blender and more) and everything is in great condition. Our grand kids loved the special kid plates/cups/utensils. The owners have added little extra touches like laundry baskets in all the rooms and labeling all the light switches. We spent most of our time on the Lanai and the pool with a view of the pond was great. When we weren't in the pool we were using the bikes, corn hole or one of the many other options that were available in the garage. The beach wagon, chairs, coolers and umbrella gave us everything we needed for days at the beach. A special shout out to whoever cleans this property - it was spotless. Would not hesitate to return to this property in the future. This is a 10/10 - 5 star.

We were first time visitors to Naples with very little knowledge of the area and after scanning multiple listings we landed on this property Luxury Poolside w/ Palm Trees & Lake Views and wow, it didn’t disappoint. The owner’s home was exceptionally clean and well appointed with upgraded furniture, fixtures and modern appliances. The 3-bedroom layout was perfect for the two of us (retired) and we really appreciated being in a gated, well maintained and quiet community central to numerous restaurants, beaches and groceries. The pool was heated and very nice but we didn’t get to use it much as the weather was unusually cool for Florida during our stay (mid-sixties). Bummer. We strongly recommend this home away-from-home located 30 minutes from Fort Myers airport which we came in from out-of-state and rented a car.

The property is well appointed and in a great location. Highly recommended.
