Stillwater Seven

The room, the personal touches and the trust. Basically everything was good

Loved the location. Opposite Cataract Gorge. Right on the river which is perfect for a morning walk. An easy walk into the city Center if you wanted a couple of drinks with dinner. Room is stunning. Perfect light breakfast supplied daily and easy check in and out making it worry free.

Nothing :)

Service was outstanding, breakfast provided in the room was excellent

Location brilliant, staff were awesome. The rooms small but well appointed.

Breakfast included is a joke. A couple of jars of yoghurt and granola with a coffee pod machine and 2 croissant is frankly ridiculous. All amongst hugely over priced mini bar items. The split system air con filters were caked in dust. The restaurant was disappointing, it all looked nice but my lamb was over cooked and coated with a sauce that was over powering in flavour. In fairness my partner’s meal was incredible so it’s hot and miss. Our wine was decanted but I had to go and get it myself as no one noticed our glasses were empty. It’s quite expensive for such an average experience.
